German reached out to me as my lease was expiring, and accommodated my schedule to discuss my options with Muller’s. Acura Financial Services does issue a Loyalty program, but German and Muller’s went beyond those terms to get me into a new Acura. There was a delay in reaching the financing department due to other customers ahead of me, but German secured a service loaner (free rental from the dealership) so my wife and I could get lunch. He did this without us complaining and foresaw our needs. Truly above and beyond! When we did reach the financing and disclosure portion of the sale, Myles was wonderful. Clear, direct, and jovial. He worked with me on my first Acura lease and remembered me. It’s that kind of personal touch, coupled with their consummate professionalism that brings me back to Muller’s.
