Such a Wonderful Experience I can't explain how I had such a great experience at Muller's Acura with Barb and Myles. I had previously been to 3 other dealerships in person and fe I can't explain how I had such a great experience at Muller's Acura with Barb and Myles. I had previously been to 3 other dealerships in person and felt as if I was being pressured, talked down to, and lied to. I had done my research well in advance and knew exactly what I wanted and needed. The moment I met Barb, she was just amazing. She understood that I knew what I wanted and worked WITH me to get the best deal. I didn't feel pressured and she didn't try to convince me to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. She was knowledgeable, profession, courteous, and so friendly. I feel so lucky I was able to deal with such a great salesperson! And as far as the financing was concerned, Myles was amazing to work with as well. He took his time to explain things to me and answer all of my questions. They both truly made it such an easy experience for me, that I look forward to the next time I can work with them again. I can't recommend them highly enough. I live about 35 minutes away and there are a few Acura dealerships closer to me, but I had such a great experience there, that I am thinking of having all of my maintenance there as well. Unexpected, Yet Rewarding Internet MDX Purchase Experience I am probably the last person those that know me would think would purchase a new car over the internet. Honestly, I was hesitant and skeptical goin I am probably the last person those that know me would think would purchase a new car over the internet. Honestly, I was hesitant and skeptical going into this process > but I am certainly happy I did! Working with Sebastian, totally via email (we never even had a phone conversation), was an absolute pleasurable buying experience. Not sure I can say the same about any of my past face-to-face new car buying experiences. Sebastian was always professional and responsive - while at the same time being personable and never making me feel pressured. Our communications were always fun and productive. After a few months of staying in touch, I made the decision to move forward with buying a new 2018 MDX and trading in my 2010 MDX while vacationing in Europe. Sebastian was absolutely marvelous in making it easy for us to finalize the deal while I was still in Europe and he was extremely attentive and supportive when I finally met him in person delivering my new MDX (I drove from Omaha to Chicago) to do this the day after I returned from Europe.
