Once you go Acura you never go back ! I’ve been talking to Sebastian for about 2 years since I got rid of my old TLX. I’ve been through a few cars since then but I couldn’t stay away. Got me out of my pickle! I was recommended Sebastian by a neighbor who recently bought an Acura and I can see why. Very low pressure and genuinely wants to help. We had told him we were just looking at the time, and he gave us a great deal. We told him we'd be in touch and left feeling pretty good. Then my current car had major issues only 2 days later. Worried, I called Sebastian and he said don't worry about it, just bring it in and we'll work it out. I don't know how but he got us the same deal that we had initially even with the broke down car. Truly a great experience. Patrick was also great; explaining all the different options and how they would change the payment. He was easy to understand and explained things differently if we got confused. The only complaint is that I was told that we could get a check for part of the trade in and wasn't informed it would be after the deal was funded which can be 5-10 days. While I wish I would have been aware of that information, it doesn't change my opinion on how great he was at explaining the numbers. More

Throughout the entire process, though, Sebastian was fantastic. Very responsive to texts and just an overall wonderful human being. We feel like we made a new friend at the end of the day. Oh and did I mention that I looooove my new CPO 2016 RDX??? This is now my third Acura and I'm still planning on driving my 2006 TSX until the wheels fall off. The last email I sent him I asked him to give me "one great reason to come and see him". His answer was very creative. So I figured I just had to go meet this person. And I'm glad I did. When I got to the dealership, Sebastian had the car inside and washed (this was a pre-owned vehicle) and he was ready to go for a test drive. I was under a time constraint, so he made things happen very quickly. I would highly recommend going and meeting Sebastian in person. Not only are his emails creative, he is one of the most positive/happy individuals that I have met. He makes the car buying experience a pleasure. More
