Unexpected, Yet Rewarding Internet MDX Purchase Experience I am probably the last person those that know me would think would purchase a new car over the internet. Honestly, I was hesitant and skeptical goin I am probably the last person those that know me would think would purchase a new car over the internet. Honestly, I was hesitant and skeptical going into this process > but I am certainly happy I did! Working with Sebastian, totally via email (we never even had a phone conversation), was an absolute pleasurable buying experience. Not sure I can say the same about any of my past face-to-face new car buying experiences. Sebastian was always professional and responsive - while at the same time being personable and never making me feel pressured. Our communications were always fun and productive. After a few months of staying in touch, I made the decision to move forward with buying a new 2018 MDX and trading in my 2010 MDX while vacationing in Europe. Sebastian was absolutely marvelous in making it easy for us to finalize the deal while I was still in Europe and he was extremely attentive and supportive when I finally met him in person delivering my new MDX (I drove from Omaha to Chicago) to do this the day after I returned from Europe. I would not hesitate a second recommending Sebastian and Muller's Woodfield Acura to friends and family! Great Car Buying Experience We set up an appoint to see the car we wanted. From the time ew walked into the dealership we felt welcomed and we felt like they were happy we were We set up an appoint to see the car we wanted. When my wife did not like how the car drove, there was no hesitation and another car was found that we could drive that had the options we were seeking. Again a relaxed test drive. Our salesman, Rene went volunteered to demonstrate some of the back up warning features of the car. Once we decided that we wanted the car the discussion over price and trade-in was logical and made sense. Once the deal was agreed the final paperwork and delivery of the car again was enjoyable. I have been in other car purchase situations where you could feel the tension and THIS WAS NOT THE CASE WITH OUR Muller team. More
