I dealt with Sebastian and Myles Bauer online and made the purchase online without even seeing the vehicle in person due to the faith I had in Sebastian. He was flexible in helping find the right color and vehicle. I knew exactly what accessories I wanted to add and he had them added, detailed the vehicle and had it delivered to my house in Metro Detroit. 2016 ACURA RDX ADVANCE PACKAGE I live in Tennessee and found this vehicle on cars.com. Pretty much immediately, I got an automated reply saying that someone will contact me, blah blah blah... At 8:00 a.m. Sebastian Wrobel gave me a call that I missed, lets not forget that the dealership doesn't open until 9:00. So, I gave him a call back. Needless to say, I got every bit of information that I wanted almost instantly. He gave me a video call so he could run through everything about the vehicle and even show it. He was on top of EVERYTHING. He texted me and kept me updated. The process was smooth and quick. He delivered because he always delivers, literally and figuratively. It took 4 business days to get our vehicle from Chicago to Tennessee. Pretty impressive. Read his reviews if you have any doubt.
