COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!! I honestly dreaded looking for a new vehicle. My previous experiences were not good and I was preparing myself for the same. Boy, was I wrong!! I honestly dreaded looking for a new vehicle. My previous experiences were not good and I was preparing myself for the same. Boy, was I wrong!! My first contact with Muller Acura was online inquiring about a vehicle that had caught my eye. Of course, I thought my questions would fall into a black hole…wrong agaIn!! I received a call from Sebastian the next morning. From that first conversation, I knew this experience was going to be a positive one. So not only did I chat with him that day, that same evening he made himself available for a marathon, speaker phone question & answer session with me and my husband. Through all that, he never lost his patience with us or acted as we were imposing on his time. He was extremely knowledgeable, had a GREAT sense of humor and most importantly, was honest and forthcoming with ALL the information we needed. We eagerly made an appointment to see the vehicle and meet Sebastian. What a delight!! He was just as he was on the phone. He made us feel welcome and comfortable to the point of having the car we came to see inside and warm on a very cold day. With that, we were able to spend as much time as we needed to make our decision. AND, his service does not end with the sale. He sincerely and repeatedly encouraged us to contact him with ANY future questions we may have - no matter how small. We are from a small town an hour and a half west of Chicago and were hesitant to venture away from our local dealerships. Boy, am I glad we did!!
