Rene made buying a pre-owned RDX transparent and painless. My wife found an Acura on-line that we were interested in, so I visited Muller's Woodfield Acura to see it for myself. They had so many off lease RDX models on their lot, all clean and in perfect shape, that I found one that was under our budget with more of the features than the first one. Rene was not pushy, knew his products, and helped me through the entire process of trading in our old car and driving away with the new one. They even transferred our city sticker from our old windshield to our RDX. I still don't know how the technician did it. It's perfect! The technician even answered my questions about transferring the iPass transponder. This dealership has the right approach if you want clear information from a friendly no-pressure staff. More

So when I would bring in my cars for service, I'd run into Sebastian... No pressuring from this guy.. But as a consumer when we decided to get a new vehicle, I felt I owed it to myself to entertain other dealers..There is a closer dealer to my home. Like 10-15 mins away from my house.. But I drive 30 mins to get to Mullers. Why? Because Sebastian is truly passionate and skilled at what he does. I wasted my time going to other dealers to price out vehicles.. My next vehicle, I won't be doing that, unless Sebastian is selling Lamborghinis that I can't afford!! Sebastian was a pleasure to work with and is truly a professional at what he does..!! More

Sebastian, Patrick & Nick are THE ABSOLUTE BEST A few years ago, I got my first car from Carmax and it had caused me nothing but problems. The car had a lot of electrical/mechanical issues that outl A few years ago, I got my first car from Carmax and it had caused me nothing but problems. The car had a lot of electrical/mechanical issues that outlasted the warranty, costing me a ridiculous amount in repairs and I was paying an interest rate at almost 30%. Due to the high interest, I was incredibly upside on the loan when I tried getting into a new car & it was incredibly difficult finding a bank to refinance the negative equity (despite my good credit & significant down payment..) Long story short, I found a car on Acura’s website & applied for a loan. Sebastian called me shortly thereafter & I explained my situation to him & he said he wanted to work with his team to see what they could do & he’d call me back in the morning. Not expecting to hear from them, I went to Carmax. I ended up leaving in tears because they couldn’t do anything without at least $7k down. Sebastian called as I was leaving Carmax & said they had gotten me approved, refinanced the negative equity & added it to a lease on a brand new model (the one I had initially applied for was a 2016 model). He said everything was essentially done & told me he’d drive over to their other location to pick up the model in the color I wanted. I went to MULLER’S from Carmax, met Sebastian, Patrick & Nick (who without them, I’d probably still have my Honda) & I was out of the dealership within 2 hours in a 2019 TLX with 12 miles on it!! Not to mention, Sebastian had been working on all of this for me ON HIS DAY OFF! He showed me everything about the car, how to use all the features, etc. & was incredibly thorough & thoughtful throughout the entire experience. It was easy, fast & painless because of the hard work and dedication from this team. I cannot thank Sebastian & Patrick enough for all of their hard work & effort they put into getting me out of a horrible situation. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome & a week later, I still smile every time I start that new car. I absolutely love it. I sincerely hope Sebastian & Patrick never retire because I don’t ever want to work with anyone but them for future car buying. My father, who was with me at Acura, is even going back for a new MDX this week because he was so impressed with this team. Thank you guys so much!! :) More

I was upside down between payments and repairs it needed. Was it time to trade in? ‘YES!’ was the answer he gave. And not only in, but UP. I sent in all my info over the phone, including my drivers license, payoff letter for the Jeep, current insurance card and his response was: ‘You are approved for a 2019 Acura TLX!!!’. He made everything easy for me from beginning to end. I made an appointment to come in, and was out in less then 2 hours. He was completely professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new, safe vehicle. Sebastian can make it happen! More
