He was very easy to talk to and he was great communicating with me throughout the entire process. When I arrived at the dealership Sebastian greeted me with a big smile and personally took care of me. Even friendlier in person if you can believe! Once he had me squared away Patrick walked me through the finance portion. He did a great job explaining my options and I never felt pressured into making a decision I didn't want to. What more can you ask for? Overall, my experience couldn't have gone any better. Many thanks to Sebastian and Patrick for doing such a great job. Sebastian at Muller Acura was by far the easiest to work with, didn't make promises he couldn't keep, was upfront about the trade in value of my current vehicle and why, and was by far the most polite, professional and personable salesperson that I have dealt with in my car buying experience. The dealership had us in and out in a couple of hours. It was a pleasure to deal with each of the employees as Muller (used car manager and finance manager too)!
