My sales consultant, Rene Peyton, took the extra step of parking the vehicle inside the heated service drive so we could conduct the initial walk around without freezing. While researching vehicles online, Muller's was the only dealership to give a price quote up front. Unfortunately, their Internet sales department made a mistake, so the price ended up a bit higher than what was initially provided. I've spent most of my working life in various aspects of the car business, and I fully understand that these things can happen. It's how you handle these situations that separates great businesses from the rest. Even though they were not personally responsible for the error, Rene and the general manager, Chris Eugenis, owned up to it, were sincerely apologetic, and offered a fair compromise. Once we shook on a deal, the rest of the process could not have gone more smoothly. Jeff Glicksman was the most no-nonsense finance manager I've ever dealt with in three-plus decades of buying vehicles for myself and my family. He found a local bank that was offering a lower interest rate with less costly GAP coverage than the outside lender I originally planned on using. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase experience and my ILX. I won't hesitate to recommend Muller's Woodfield Acura to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More
