He spent a great deal of time answering my questions making sure I understand every aspect, he never pushes you to make any decisions , he keeps things simple,clear,transparent and straightforward. He also has that personal touch which makes you feel at home. On the day of delivery Lance and Myles(Finance Director)made sure everything was in order, documents were ready to sign , car was detailed perfectly and ready for delivery on time , no last-minute hustle . Myles ensured we understand financing terms clearly and helped us make a choice on available care packages. Lance also arranged a porter to pick us up from a nearby metra station. I researched the market extensively before finalizing to buy my Acura MDX , I visited several Acura dealerships in Chicagoland and found none of them to be even close to the sort of experience offered at this dealership. They are unmatched in terms of customer service, pricing and transparency. Myles, the finance mgr., made all the usual offers for extended warranties, etc, but there were no strong arm tactics and he was very friendly and accommodating.
