I had an issue with my Jetta which I brought up during my normal service visit. Both Javed the service manager and Mo the service advisor went above and beyond in listening to my issue and making sure it was addressed. They even coordinated with VW corporate on my behalf for reimbursement and made the transaction seamless from my end. The other thing that stood out about their service was their down right honesty. Every service recommendation they gave was in line with the manufacturer guide. Not once did they try to pressure me into something outside of that which is hard to come by in a dealership service department. I will be using this dealership going forward even though it's not the closest one to my house. Worth the drive in my oppinion! More
