Good repair, but poor communication with customer. The repair work was very good, but the service department did not communicate well, I brought my car in for repairs at 7:30 am on Tuesday, June 19 wh The repair work was very good, but the service department did not communicate well, I brought my car in for repairs at 7:30 am on Tuesday, June 19 which was the appointment made the day before. I explained to Sean at the service desk that I needed the car as quickly as possible. He assured they would do their best and call me to tell me the status of the service. I received no call about the status of the repair. I called at 10:30 a.m. and left a message but received no call. I called again at 12:30 and spoke with someone who told me that a part was needed and they were trying to obtain that part and he;d have Sean call me. I called again around 2:00 and spoke with Sean who told me that the part would not be in till the next day, but that the technician working on it would be in at 7:00 am and would complete the job. I heard nothing until I called around 10:30 and was told that the technician had called in sick and they would get the first available to start on the repair. They could not say when it would begin. I was not happy that no one called me in the morning to explain the delay. I would have been able to adjust my schedule much more easily. It was difficult shifting appointments around. I had to call twice after that to get updates on the repair which was finally completed at 2:45. I have purchased four automobiles from Muller and did not appreciate the poor communication which cause great inconvenience. More
Fast, honest and reasonable! The only area we fell short on for this visit was that wven with a scheduled appointment the simple A-1 service took over 90 minutes. Other than an unexpectedly long time for simple service my expectations were met. More

Disappointing service I dropped my car off and asked them for a comprehensive check before a long road trip. Told them they could have the car for 2 weeks if needed. Called I dropped my car off and asked them for a comprehensive check before a long road trip. Told them they could have the car for 2 weeks if needed. Called for status updates and had to leave a message; no one returned my call for a full week. Finally went to pick up the car and the windshield was cracked right up the middle. Service manager came out to look at it and said it must have been cracked when I dropped the car off two weeks prior (even though their inspection of the windshield reported no damage and they replaced the wiper inserts during this service). Bottom line: manager insisted it was not their responsibility to fix it. I had to leave the car for another day in order to replace the windshield and then had to pay my insurance deductible to replace the windshield. Profoundly disappointing. More

I didn’t have my bill when I went up to pay and she told me I had to go back to the service area and get it. I told her I had trouble walking (from my arthritis) and she did not offer to go back and get it. Luckily one of the service reps. came out to check and then went back to get the bill for me. And the service rep come out to explain the work that had been done. All good but the woman in the showroom area! More
