Great experience buying my car. Getting service has been awful. I called repeatedly in July to get service on my air conditioner. Always went to voicemail and no one called me back. Honestly this dealership isn’t ethical nor a place you should buy a car. They only want to sell you a car if you’re willing to purchase the all weather package totaling 800$. I received an invoice email which is attached stating that the car was pre sold and I have to purchase the after sale items the person before me ordered. Also on the phone they stated when I asked to pre buy that they don’t do that “incase there is damages to the vehicle” when it arrives but another person “pre bought accessories for the car” it definitely does not make sense to me. The day I went In the dealer it didn’t work out because my party was being stubborn and trying to negotiate. But I received a call from the most rudest sales manager stating he really wants to sell me the car but the “800$ worth of accessories were already attached so in order to be sold the car I would need to fork up that additional money” very terrible experience. So glad I bought my Honda hatchback sport at brilliance Honda instead. This place doesn’t deserve the Buisness. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because Gracie was truly an amazing girl. Management is terrible. Also got the all season weather mats and cargo tray for 199 at brilliance doesn’t make sense where they are pulling 800$ From. Don’t go here!!!!!!!! More
I feel that they fleeced my 85 year old mother by selling her a lemon of a used car. I know that it's always risky buying used, but there were issues the minute she drove it off the lot. I got an appointment when I wanted. They service my vehicle and ordered the parts I need. I am waiting for them to call so that I can get done what needs to be done. I was extremely disappointed, however, with the lack of personal responsibility exhibited by several employees, particularly in the cashiers's office. Not one of the people in the office wore masks. I also saw several employees within the showroom who were either maskless or were not wearing masks correctly. To the credit of the workers who greeted me in the service area, they all wore masks and wore them properly. More

Should have followed my Gut. I wanted to work with the Honda dealership in Libertyville but Gurnee had the car I wanted. In May 2020, Bought a certified preowned 2018 CRV. 4 mp. later I got a nail in tir Honda dealership in Libertyville but Gurnee had the car I wanted. In May 2020, Bought a certified preowned 2018 CRV. 4 mp. later I got a nail in tire took it to Libertyville Duxler. They told me I needed new tires before winter. Now mind you I purchased a 2018 vehicle with only 26,000 miles on it and I need new tires? I went back to Mueller Honda to let them know how disappointed I was and they said because it was still 40% left on the tire they met their certified preowned criteria. Now I know tires can last up to 60,000 miles. The only thing I can think of since this is a 2018 vehicle is that they switched tires on the vehicle and put on an old pair. More
