Don't expect to be able to speak to anyone on the phone at any time of day. Be prepared for lies and smartasses. Be prepared for nothing to be done on your car because the person working on it (allegedly) is not even working. If you buy a car here just don't even bother with service and go to the dealership in Libertyville. If that doesn't suit your needs buy a car from anyone else in America. I have owned cars for 43 years and have never experienced such miserable service. More
Complete service travesty The most disgusting attitude at their service center, from "techs", to service advisors, to service manager Tom Green. To call him unprofessional and rude is an understatement. I'm not going to get into details here, I saved that for the complaint I filled against him with Honda's corporate office. He probably thought because I am foreign and have an accent that I'm stupid and uneducated. Wrong Mr. Green, I'll make sure your behavior is know?n by Honda, your general manager Robert, BBB and every possible review site in existence. You treated me like garbage and a second class citizen. You talked down on me, degraded me and mocked me. I'm considering going to local TV, radio and newspaper outlets. That will depend on how Honda's corporate office handles this. More

But name is change and owner ship is changed, but the employe I been live Gurnee for more than 20 years ! Use to be Rosen Honda now is muller Honda ! But name is change and owner ship is changed, but the employees at location to serving you well and friendly never change by my version !! Specialty at service department (Jason ) he more than 15 years experience at automobile business and honda services , that why the only person I look for frist is Jason ....the best part of his service key is make you feel like part of his career family members and make sure you Walk out with smile !! He listened and was able to find me My salesman was Nick Reed who made my first experience with Honda one of the best that I've had with a dealership. He listened and was able to find me a car that accommodated to my needs. He was patience during the process which helped make me feel comfortable during the buying process and overall made the process smooth and fast. He made sure I was comfortable in the car before signing paperwork and allowed me to sit in the car a few times so I could feel confident I was making the right choice. He went through all the features in the car and explained them thoroughly and clear. He was very personable and you can tell he's very knowledgeable about Honda. He even followed up a day later to ask how I was doing with the car and If there was anything else he could do. More

Dave is a straight shooter Dave always treats us with respect and regard. We always do our research before shopping and Dave has never tried to buffalo us into anything which is Dave always treats us with respect and regard.
