One Lie After Another - Everything That's Wrong With The Ind Where to begin... My wife went to Muller initially and spoke with Adam, she explained her price range and what she was looking for. Following a test d Where to begin... My wife went to Muller initially and spoke with Adam, she explained her price range and what she was looking for. Following a test drive they started crunching numbers, while Adam initially stated that the car she was looking at was within her price range, it was actually over $150 more. No big deal right, she wasted an hour. Fast forward to the final day of the month and Adam is calling her saying we can make something work, confirming the quotes we got from other Honda dealers (significantly less). When we arrive Adam is busy, no big deal we aren't his only prospects. We are passed off to a nice female associate, we chat for a few minutes then she brings in a "manager". I didnt catch his name but he claimed he was married (without a ring, not necessarily uncommon but suspect given the other bs he was trying to feed us), and had a lovely tattoo of a half naked woman on his arm (I say that for identification purposes, not judgement). This manager brought a piece of paper, claiming to believe in honesty and transparency, he showed us an invoice price approximately $3,000 higher than two other Honda dealer and a higher residue value by over 3%. This manager then preceded to elude to my wife not actually going to these other dealerships, that didn't go over well. When reviewing the sheet of numbers this manager showed us I began questioning the discrepancies, what additional fees were being hidden in his price, etc? He either wouldn't or couldn't answer the questions, extremely evasive and pretty rude. Not to mention we were lied to, the whole reason we came back was because they told us that they were within our price range, giant LIE. This experience, at Muller Honda, represents everything that is wrong with the auto industry. We are done with Muller and Honda, thanks for your help guys. More

My mother and I visited Muller Honda Saturday 5/27/17 for a 4pm appointment with Matt the manager The worst unorganized dealership. Let me explain. My mother and I visited Muller Honda Saturday 5/27/17 for a 4pm appointment with Matt the manager to take a look at the new 17 HRV. Little did they know we did our research and found that they had one of the better deals and the vehicle that we wanted so we did have the intention of purchasing the vehicle that day. When we first stepped in the front desk was busy which I get but took a while to even get a simple hello. When we were recognized we said that we had a Appointment with Matt and we were 15 min early. Matt was busy so we looked around and saw the vehicle that we wanted. After another 15minutes we met Matt but he was still a little busy so he said he'll be with in a minute so we decided to sit down. After sitting for 5 min we received a call from Tony (another manager) asking if we're in the building yet and that he would be taking care of us. We told him that we were and we've been waiting, we wait about 10 more minutes and no Tony and we're gettin pretty frustrated at this moment. We again received another call from Tony asking where we are? This time I take the phone and tell him that we've been sitting here at the customer lounge waiting for you. He says that he didn't know that but he will be taking care of us. 5 minutes pass and I see Tony and the only way I know that is that Tony approached a different couple asking if they were us. I was about to address him but I rather make him figure it out. Now what made us leave is the fact that TONY decided to serve that couple instead of us EVEN when that couple clearly said that we were waiting right there! Guess what TONY did... He just waved us off like we weren't important and not the ones that he just talked to. After that it's 4:30 Matt was nowhere to be seen, Tony basically said screw us, and with all the other salesmen there we were left alone. So we walked off, the front desk lady asked what was wrong and I told her that we've been sitting there for half an hour and no one wants to sell us a car. She had that stupid look of disbelief say that we are being helped, but no being helped isn't being left alone receiving two phone calls asking to come on in even though we're already there and being shrugged off. The worst car buying experience ever I've never seen such a disrespectful sales team. Do not come here unless you want to dance like a monkey to be served. More
