>>>To whomever responded to our initial review, we sent an email to the address provided on 10/25 and have yet to hear a response<<< As a supplemental update, following the repairs completed on 10/11, our Civic developed a rough idle and starting failures a month later. We called the service department at Muller Honda and were again directed to Jon to schedule a service appointment. As the next available loner vehicle was in on Friday the 16th we arranged to drop our car off that morning. The same day, we received a call stating that our Civic was ready for pickup, however they recommended leaving it overnight so that it may be test-driven again to verify the repair was done correctly. The following day we never received a call notifying us to come pick up our vehicle, even after we began leaving multiple voice messages starting at 2:00pm asking about the state of our car. In speaking with a Muller Honda operator, it came to light that the service department closed earlier than their advertised hours at 4:00pm. Come Monday the 19th, we were able to pick up our Civic and were informed that the idle/startup issue was due to the car requiring a crank relearn. I find this distressing as it is clearly noted to be completed in the technical service bulletin repair procedure step 17 (https://honda.oemdtc.com/TSB/A10-048.pdf) Again I feel obligated to state that while Muller Honda is our closest service facility, we will never purchase nor service our vehicles here ever again.
