Best service experience yet. I was greeted with a smile, clearly explained what service was required and would be told ahead of time if certain filters would require changing. The car was washed and ready to go in 35 minutes. I was told the filters were ok until the next service was do and what the pair of filters would cost on my next service visit. However, I was even happier about the way Sean greeted me upon arrival. This is an employee others should emulate. More

Quick and easy I went in for an oil change and decided to have the wiper blade inserts replaced also. Wasn't sure if I needed a tire rotation, but Tim said they wou I went in for an oil change and decided to have the wiper blade inserts replaced also. Wasn't sure if I needed a tire rotation, but Tim said they would check. He said it would probably take an hour to an hour and ten minutes. It was actually done in less than an hour - just enough time to finish my latte! More
