The staff knows that the vehicles basically sell themselves, so they are not at all pushy. They take their time to answer questions, are patient, and promptly fix any issues that may have arisen after the cars have been sitting on the lot for a few weeks. The finance portion of the transaction also went very smoothly. No high-pressure sales tactics are used. More

There is no Muller in the house We had a bad experience with a salesperson. The Salesman tried to sell my wife add-ons behind my back after we already said no as a team. Went to GM a We had a bad experience with a salesperson. The Salesman tried to sell my wife add-ons behind my back after we already said no as a team. Went to GM as we felt this was unprofessional and sexist. We said we don’t want the salesman present at the closing of the sale. The GM assumed it was about money, called us liars and he said no sale. He canceled the sale and said we weren’t the type of customer he wants. We already own a paid-off Honda Odyssey so now we have to find a new service center for that car and shop for a new brand of car. Honda is not the brand for our next car if they choose to allow a dealer like this to represent their corporation. Thankful the true colors of the Muller family and their employees were shown. It’s a shame as their service center is great. But if we had a problem this GM would probably act just the same. More

Very helpful, budget-friendly, and courteous! A “Tire Warning” light had appeared in my car, so I called the dealership and asked if I could stop by to get it checked out.
