The description of the CR-V seemed to include everything I wanted. When Pawel suggested we take it for a drive, I jumped at the chance. It was so much fun to drive and had so many features that I needed a tutorial. He also offered that any time I had a question or needed more tutoring I should come by. Even though my initial intent was only fact finding, I am now the delightfully happy owner of a new CR-V. More

Greg in finance was patient in explaining each item of the process making sure I understood everything. He was very pleasant and explained the options available in a manner that did not feel “pushy”. Old car needed service My daughter was taking our 14 year old car back to school and we needed to have it serviced. My husband spoke to Mark the service manager on the phone My daughter was taking our 14 year old car back to school and we needed to have it serviced. My husband spoke to Mark the service manager on the phone and I dealt with him when I took in the car. He was great-we took the car for a short drive to be sure that our speakers were working. He noticed a red light on. This was a Saturday. They were able to order the warrantied part on Monday morning, got it in Tuesday morning, and were able to replace brakes and take care of the warranty problem all before 4 on Tuesday. My daughter left for school Wednesday morning. Roberto in service was amazing. He was attentive and communicated with me every step of the way. He even found me the best coupon available. I am so pleased with the service we had. More
