Pawel Pieniazek was great, he was very patient and kind during the process. My only complaint was the guy in the end (finance office) when I was signing all the papers. He gave us top value for our trade in vehicle as well as assisted in negotiating a great purchase price for our new vehicle. John Lee in the Finance department was great! He never pressured us into a decision. He provided all the information I needed to make an informed choice based upon my driving habits and ensured that we were comfortable every step of the way.
