I have real bad experience at Muller Honda. i am existing Honda customer and today I went to buy Honda crv. As very normal buying process, I got some price quote from other Honda dealers before I stopped by. Honda customer and today I went to buy Honda crv. As very normal buying process, I got some price quote from other Honda dealers before I stopped by. To my surprise , when I mentioned sales person that I have quote from other dealer. He stopped all discussion and mentioned that they can not give any price to me as I came up with other dealer quote. that was very rude and waste of my time. i have already discussed this with them over email and they never mentioned any issues with it until I stopped by and started negotiation. Checking different dealers price is very normal in car buying process. I am very authentic customer who wanted to close deal on same day. The way Muller Honda treated me today is absolutely wrong. I will never recommend you to any of my friends and Families. Hope you can learn from this review and treat customer with dignity. More

My service advisor Luke Wichta and you service team did an amazing job diagnosing my Honda CRV vehicle problem. Also Luke is extremely knowlagable about my Honda CRV. I dropped my vehicle off for service o an amazing job diagnosing my Honda CRV vehicle problem. Also Luke is extremely knowlagable about my Honda CRV. I dropped my vehicle off for service on Tuesday night last week. I was planning on taking a Uber from Highland Park back to my home in Mundelein.Luke offered me a ride back to my home in Mundelein due to the fact it was on his way home. Luke drove me back to my home in Mundelein. Your service department fixed the problem I was having with my car.
