Our sales rep, James O. , was a pleasure to work with! We’re beyond grateful for the level of service he provided. He was very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the , was a pleasure to work with! We’re beyond grateful for the level of service he provided. He was very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire process. We highly recommend him! The finance manager, however, became incredibly rude upon learning that we had a pre-approval from another financial institution and would not be taking their financing. Our sales rep provided us with our options, we declined, and the finance manager still took it upon himself to follow us out to the parking lot, which was pretty strange and not a good look for him. Feedback for the finance guy…. next time wait until the customer leaves to stomp your feet because the transaction didn’t work out in your favor. Overall, a seamless experience! More

I had the wonderful experience of taking my car in today and was met by a wonderful service advisor---Erik Gonzales. He was so very helpful and patient and went through and answered all my questions. Muller Honda has been my only dealership for almost 20 years. I just got my fourth vehicle from Kevin. He is an excellent salesman.
