Kevin was very personable from the moment we walked in. He was wonderful to work with and took the time to review all the features of the Honda Civic Touring during our test drive. We did not feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. Kevin went over all our options thoroughly. The manager, Matt Sonnenschein was able to give us a solid deal on a trade in. Everyone we worked with was knowledgable, thorough, and ensured that we had all the information needed throughout the process. Kevin took the time to make sure my new car features were set up to my preference before we drove out. I highly recommend working with Kevin and the entire team at Muller Honda! More

I had recently moved to the area and needed a car ASAP. I was not disappointed. The service department was impressively professional, friendly and helpful so I moved on to the sales floor to check it out. It was early and James Ogelsby was just walking in, but he greeted me immediately and got right to work taking me for a test drive and helping to find an available car that met all my needs. He went above and beyond to speed up the entire process and put me in the driver’s seat in a timely fashion. I’m a “Happy Camper” and can’t thank James and the entire team at Muller for their great attitude and dedication to excellent customer service and satisfaction !! More

From start to finish my experience in working with Mike was exceptional. The car (certified used Honda) was exactly as advertised and Mike went above and beyond to actually make this a pleasant experience. was exceptional. My wife was unable to go to the dealership with me and came later to sign the papers. I didn't sense any impatience or annoyance from Mike because he had to wait to complete the deal. I will not hesitate to work with Mike and Muller Honda the next time I need to buy a car and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great experience in finding and purchasing a car. More
