Pleasant leasing experience. Some negotiations were involved (which can always created a little tension), but the salesman and manager did a good job of keeping this as low key as possible. They didn't have the vehicle in stock, and found it promptly. The salesman, Markus, did a wonderful job of detailing the features of my new Odyssey. Overall, I'd highly recommend Muller Honda to this point. The next step will be to see how their service department does and how long I have to wait (my last experience with a Toyota dealer was terrible) if the Odyssey needs service. More

The dealership itself was good because we only dealt with Larry and did not get shuffled back and forth among a group of people trying to hard sell us. We did our homework on price before we came in and were able to negotiate an excellent price. The car we wanted was not in stock, but they searched to find us what we wanted and delivered it in a few days.
