Hi, I had purchased a new 2007 Honda CR-V from this Hi, I had purchased a new 2007 Honda CR-V from this dealer in the past. Last month, i wanted to trade in my Rx300 for an 2011 CR-V and drove to this dealer without doing much research. We walk in, Marcus was assigned to us, as sales person and told him i want to trade in. The whole process was fast and they gave a very decent price for my Rx300 and i asked particularly about the costco stuff, they said they are and the price offered was costco price and they had my info from my previous purchase. However, later it turned out that, they are not in Costco's program anymore and took responsibility for the miscommunication. This was a nice gesture, especially when people try to blame others. Marcus was really efficient and friendly, we walked out of the dealership with a new 2011 CR-V under 3 hrs and happy Its been a month,we are still happy with the purchase and the great customer service they provide. Over all, I have had good experience and have no doubts they will provide the same great service they always provided. I would recommend Muller strongly, simply b'se they are reasonable and listen to the customer and sincerely attempt to resolve any issue that may arise. Harry Kim, Joseph Lee, and our primary salesperson Marcus Bennett were a pleasure to work with, and the selection and purchase process were as straightforward as could be. We are especially pleased that Marcus made the effort (without being asked) to identify a vehicle in transit that had the color we preferred, even though he knew we were prepared to buy a vehicle of another color on the spot. We like our daughter's new CR-V so much my wife is looking forward to trading in her Lexus RX-350 when it's time to down-size a little.
