The service department is the best. My sales experience however was average. Muller offered me $1,500 less for my trade in initially than Car Max and Kelly Blue Book quoted and it took over an hour just to however was average. The car is beautiful and I was very happy with the final lease agreement but I was a little disappointed that the negotiations took so long and the initial offer was so off. More
Got an aggressive price online. They were very prompt in returning my email inquiries and questions. Also followed up with a phone call. They were good,but not too aggressive or pestering me. When I went to the dealer the initial email contact (Joe) was not available, but he handed me off to Mike who was also very pleasant and knowledgeable. There were no surprises, car sold at the same price as negotiated through email. Lower than what Edmunds or Cars indicated as local pricing. Only downside was they were not willing to give me the same trade in price or value as Carmax who I had seen earlier that day. Also did not have the exact color in stock and the factory was not going to ship out the same color for another month. Thye had to trade with another dealer for the car but charged me about 350 to do so. More
I had a scheduled Express Service appointment on 12/18/10. The gentleman at the desk came to me in the waiting room and explained that besides the regular service, I desparately needed rear brakes 12/18/10. I know that he felt awful having to give me that news one week before Christmas, but he explained that it was necessary and really couldn't wait any longer. I, of course, was not prepared to have a large service bill that day, but I knew when I drove my car away that it had been properly taken care of and I had received every courtesy and explanation to ensure that I was also taken care of properly. The service department even stayed late to complete the work (since none of us were aware of these urgent repairs at the time I made my appointment). I have always recommended Muller Honda and feel confident and secure with how I am treated as well as my car which I purchased from them. NO ONE ELSE HAS EVER WORKED ON MY ACCORD AND NO ONE EVER WILL AS LONG AS I OWN IT!!! More
Salesman listened to what we needed and was prepared for our visit. We got a car in one day! He showed us the car in the dealership before taking us out. I walked in hoping to find a good deal on a new Si sedan. I was at least 4k upside down on my current vehicle that I purchased new less than 2 years ago. I spent a little more than I should have, and I was looking for a fun car that was still good on gas, fun to drive, while still saving me money. The sales staff was friendly and helpful. I did not have to spend hours negotiating a price. I told them what my financial goal was, and they were able to get down to my level and provide me with a deal I could not refuse. Filling out all the paperwork for the purchase took no more than 30 minutes, and I was on my way. Very smooth transaction, there were no hidden fees or agendas. The deal I was getting was laid out in front of me in plain English, and every detail was explained quickly and accurately. I have not dealt with the Service department yet, but if they are anything like the office crew, I doubt I will ever want to take my new Honda anywhere else. I even asked during the negotions about loander vehicles when my car is in for service. I was told if I bought a car from them, I would always get a service loaner from them to get back and forth to work. My last dealership refused to give me a loaner at all for the 2 years I owned my vehicle. That is unacceptable customer service. I plan on recommending this dealer to friends and family if they are on the market for a new or used Honda. More

Muller Honda rates very high on my list for people who understand customer service. This is now the third car I have either purchased or leased from them and the experience has been nothing less than outs understand customer service. The attention to detail right from the start of the transaction was first class. Good follow up after the sale and making sure to keep in touch with my progress is what customer service is all about. I want to commend both Marcus and Steve for their professionalism in working with me from start to finish. I look forward to continuing my relationship with them and with Muller Honda and would recommend anyone who is looking for someone you can trust to give them a try. More

My first attempt at purchasing a new Honda Accord was with a dealer from whom I had purchased my existing vehicle 10 years ago. I looked at the 2011 selection and the dealer did not have the model & col with a dealer from whom I had purchased my existing vehicle 10 years ago. I looked at the 2011 selection and the dealer did not have the model & color choices that I was considering on the lot. My sales associate told me that they would not take my 2001 Odyssey as a trade-in, and was given one price "not negotiable." (I was later told that the trade-in would have been negotiable.) I was told that it might take weeks to get a dealer trade of the model/color I wanted in the 2011. Financing was 4.9% They showed me one used 2010. At Muller, I was shown both 2010 and 2011 models. There was a great selection and I found the model/color in a 2010. Mike was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me. He negotiated on my Odyssey, which he took as a trade. I was able to get a great price on top of the trade in, and a superior financing rate. I was offered extended warranty packages, fairly priced as an incentive to purchase. Sales tactics were not high pressure. I came back to purchase my car the next day. I am very happy with my purchase experience at Muller, and would recommend the dealership to anyone. More
