Bought a 2012 Honda Pilot 4WD Touring, in December of 2011. Worked with Marcus as our salesman. Marcus was great. There was some contention about the price we wanted (not adversarial, still friendly), but he did eventually get to the right place. We got a price that Truecar.com indicates was very good. We got the color we wanted, and had a very goed experience. He was even patient and helpful with our 3 year old. I would definitely recommend Muller for buying a new Honda. Service department so far has been very good too. More

I was not the easiest person to deal with, just because I read a lot on several different cars and carmakers. After visiting many many dealers, in the end, as I narrowed my choices, I found an extremely good deal at a dealer South of Chicago ($3200 below invoice). I checked with Muller, and though they were not running the same ad, they did have the ability through some seasonal incentives to be competitive. They were able to match the deal I found in the south suburbs, and it was in the color I preferred. I financed at a low rate to top it all off. In addition, they worked with my crazy schedule. I've been extremely busy with work, and Paul and Gary went out of their way to help me get in and out in about 30-45 mins. That's amazing, and absolutely painless! Paul was not pushy, and kept me up to speed when possible cars came into their inventory that I might be interested in. Gary helped me through the financial process quickly and effectively. I'm happy with my experience, and I can recommend Muller without reservation. As a buyer, I expect that you always have to do your homework, but when I was ready, they were ready to help me. Paul was the most honest and helpful car salesman I have ever worked with. He was never pushy or dismissive of my questions or requests which contributed to a feeling of comfort and trust regarding his rec ever worked with. In fact, he could easily have made a faster sale, but he actually suggested that I wait for the newer cars to come out as he thought, based on my likes and dislikes, I would be more satisfied with the updated model. The purchase of my Honda was the easiest car purchase I have experienced. I intend to drive this car for many years, but if I needed to buy another car, I would definitely return to Paul and Muller Honda. More
I purchased a 2004 Honda Accord EX V6 from Harry Kim back in 2004. Since then, I have dealt with other dealers due to purchases of other brand vehicles for my folks and for my wife. All the while, I keep thinking back to my visit with Harry at Muller Honda. Harry met with me, and within the first 10 minutes, he gave me a quote for a new Accord, which was a few hundred dollars below invoice. When asked how he could do that, he mentioned that due to the fact that they sold a high volume of Accords, headquartered offered their dealership a kickback/bonus if they sold a specific number of cars. Because of this, they were allowed to sell me the Accord at a very reasonable price. I took the quote and went to a couple of other Honda dealerships to see if the price could be beat. No one could. After going to those other dealerships, we returned to Muller and made the purchase on the spot. It was quick and easy. Harry went lengths to be sure he covered how to use the key fob, unique features about the car, and even had a scuff buffed out of the leather seats. The car was washed and dried, and I was on my way. I will be in the market for a new car soon. If I were considering a Honda, I would not hesitate to return to Harry at Muller. If Harry worked at another dealership, I would consider going to wherever he is working to see if I could find a new car. More

We were not impressed by Matt Sonnenschein. If I were rating him by himself, I would give him low marks. He was condescending, rude, and didn't seem all that interested in making the sale. Michael (Mike) Kolar was his opposite. He was personable, patient, polite, laid-back, and wanted to sell us a car. He's an excellent salesman. If I were rating him alone, I'd give him higher marks. We went to this dealership because of its high marks on this website. I think they should reconsider how they hand people off once they reach the dealership. Why not have customers deal with the same person throughout the process? Instead, you talk to one person on the phone and when you first arrive, and then you're handed off to someone else. The first person we spoke with said we could do a test drive that day, but when we arrived, we were told that the car wasn't road-ready. That was frustrating. I gave Mike a printout from edmunds.com listing a "fair price" for the Honda Fit Sport, and he matched it. More
