Michael (Mike) Kolar was his opposite. He was personable, patient, polite, laid-back, and wanted to sell us a car. He's an excellent salesman. If I were rating him alone, I'd give him higher marks. We went to this dealership because of its high marks on this website. I think they should reconsider how they hand people off once they reach the dealership. Why not have customers deal with the same person throughout the process? Instead, you talk to one person on the phone and when you first arrive, and then you're handed off to someone else. The first person we spoke with said we could do a test drive that day, but when we arrived, we were told that the car wasn't road-ready. That was frustrating.
