He was prompt in calling me back (as well as leaving me a voice mail when I couldn't answer). He waited to make sure my fax went through and called me afterward. And he came out and looked at my tire and talked me through possible solutions and prices. He was quick to tell me when he didn't know an answer and assured me he'd find out the answers and get back. I really hope he receives praise from his team for his politeness and ability to work patiently with a frustrated client. Thanks again, Peter. There was also a tech who I didn't catch the name of, but offered to check my tires and put air in them before I left even though I showed up without an appointment and wasn't even leaving my car there to be serviced. And when I offered him a couple dollars to show gratitude, he refused. Thanks again. I wish more business hired workers like this one. It'd save me a lot of headaches. More

When I found out he started working at Muller Honda in Highland Park I traveled out of my way so I could work with him again, because my first experience with him was great. He was honest, fair and made the whole process seamless! It took less than 2 hours for me to test drive, complete the paperwork and I was out the door. As one may anticipate, if the service and all other aspects of the transaction would not have been excellent, we surely would have utilized other dealers ( of which there are many) in our area. I have consistently checked with other local dealers with regard to price and service. Muller has been measurably superior on all counts. My wife's CRV will be up for lease termination in about a year, and you can rest assured that we will be calling on Cathy and Muller at that time. More
