Exceeded my expectations I have been driving BMWs for the past 9 years, so my expectations of customer service and the car performance were set high. Having said that, I have been blown away with the quality of service I have received from Mike Kolar of Muller Honda. He went above and beyond his call of duty by helping me to return my lease to BMW and signing a new lease with Honda, all in 90 minutes! Everything went very smooth with no surprises. I would highly recommend Mike to all my friends and family. Also, switching from 3 series BMW to Honda CRV was the best decision for me as I am a new mom and cargo space beats handling & acceleration these days :-) More
