After trying many times and failing to connect I stopped by Muller Honda and was greeted by Mark Owens,service adviser.They were very busy, but with a smile Mark said lets see if we can get this done now...He sat in the car and took over.In about 2 minutes he deleted my phone and reconnected the hands free.Thanks Mark!
