My wife has been researching luxury SUV’s for the past 2 years. She determined that the Acura MDX Aspec Advance was her first choice. We checked the Muller website religiously for months and stopped by the years. She determined that the Acura MDX Aspec Advance was her first choice. We checked the Muller website religiously for months and stopped by the dealership on two Sundays but could not find the model in the color scheme that we wanted. We finally decided to stop by when the staff was there (my wife does not tolerate high pressure sales people). Rick Ewing met us in the lot, listened to what we had to say ( my wife had done 2 yrs of research), and set us up for a test drive. We absolutely fell in love with the car. They did not have the color and interior that we wanted but found one at another dealer. Within a week they had our car. To our surprise, it had just been delivered and only had 75 miles when we picked it up. Rick guided us through the whole process, introduced us to the dealership manager and other staff, and at no time pressured us into purchasing anything that we didn’t want. To hijack a phrase, when we turn this car on, it returns the favor! We give Rick and everyone at Muller Acura 10 stars! More
We purchased a 2023 Acura TLX from Muller Acura in Sept of 2024. Our salesman, Carl Kmiec, was excellent to work with. If we were rating Carl on a scale of 1 to 10 he would get a 10 in all categories. He w of 2024. Our salesman, Carl Kmiec, was excellent to work with. So I have a new gripe about this place. They have had my car for 2 weeks now for 2 recalls. One of which they said they fixed a year ago, but never did and now a new one as well. Before they addressed the recall they of course to the multi point inspection so they can send me a list of over $3k worth of things I "need". One of which is a timing belt change for over $2k with tax etc. I declined, and I'm a single mother and don't have the cash for something like that and have a dad that works on cars who can usually handle most things. Well they finally address the recall and it needs to have the engine pulled. Which was what needed to happen for the timing belt change as well. When I told my dad he said they should have called to tell me they were pulling it any way for the warranty and offered me some sort of different price since it was getting taken apart for the most part anyway. He has worked for Ford, Nissan and Toyota, and he said every one of those has a proto call to call the owner and let them know that specific service just got a lot easier and would have a lessor price. Had I known this was a possibility I would have 100% taken advantage of this and had the work done my car needs. I'm a female who is on a limited budget and I just feel like I was taken advantage of by not knowing about cars. Sad when a company is just worried about their pocket books and not their actual customers. Well, let me add to this story. So about an hour after I left this review I got a call saying they would replace the parts at cost and charge me no labor since they didn't give me the option while my engine was out. So I did my due diligence and I called another Acura gave them my Vin and miles and asked them to quote me parts for this particular services. I also asked a Honda dealer ship the same thing. What was needed for this service and the cost of parts. Muller had an extra parts I was told were not needed from both dealerships and their cost per part was much more than the locations I called. I sent Muller the quotes and they simply told me they didn't care I took it as it was or couldn't take it. So I declined the service because I'm a single mom on a limited budget and I'm not paying more for the same stuff!! I go to pick up my car this morning and I now have 2 check engine lights on that I did not have before. After waiting around for about 30-40 minutes and now late for work, they begrudgingly let me take the loaner to work. My car was somehow fixed within another 30 min and they call me and ask if they can drive my car 30 miles to deliver it to me to do me a favor. I tell them no worries I'll grab it on my way in to work I'd rather they not have a porter drive my car that far. Well they told me they didn't care they want their loaner back because someone else needs it and I don't really have a choice. I'm really wondering what problem I'm going to encounter next. Sad because they now lost 2 customers. My mother was just about to go in and lease her third car from them, but after this, she's going to Joe Rizza, the ones who were honest with me on the phone about what I needed and the cost. Just wish Joe Rizza was closer! They have gone through quite a few employees as of late and seem to have a hard time keeping things consistent. I have worked with Carl previously on numerous occasions and he has always been fantastic. Miss the old finance manager as well, he always knew how to get you what you needed. The service is a bit lacking. Sat for 2 hours for a recall for them to just come back and say their computers were down so we had to come back another day. More

I went in for a recall on my vehicle. I was given an awesome loaner - brand new with 2000 miles on it. Everyone that I interacted with was knowledgeable and polite. My car was returned cl I was given an awesome loaner - brand new with 2000 miles on it. Everyone that I interacted with was knowledgeable and polite. My car was returned clean, vacuumed and most importantly, the work for the recall was done efficiently and correctly. Highly recommend. More
