hcag, so sorry that you're having transmission trouble. I know how frustrating car trouble can be. My wife's Subaru Forester has had likely the same transmission issues as your Fusion, and Subaru has NO LOANERS. I think honestly your bad review score should be pointed at Ford brand, not the local dealer tho. As you state, even our competitor here locally is also backed up with service and repair schedules. The good news is that once it is replaced, you'll have a brand new drive train for your Fusion.
