I’m a lifetime Lincoln owner and while traveling from Chicago to Atlanta I experienced an unexpected emergency when the check engine light came on. I called Mtn View in Chattanooga and was allowed to com Chicago to Atlanta I experienced an unexpected emergency when the check engine light came on. I called Mtn View in Chattanooga and was allowed to come in for a diagnosis. Kevin and his manager took exceptional care of me and I was able to complete my trip. Their service was truly appreciated. No pressure in the sales room and we only got the extras that we needed for it. A great team there. The only problem I experienced was in the service department. I am a manager of an office and have been an office manager before. Service can make of brake you. My problem has been standing for around 10 minutes while employees are walking by every few minutes. NO ONE recognized that I was there and asked if I needed help. The guy on the phone in front of me could have done that by nodding his head to acknowledge me but he was too much into talking to some about what didn't seem to be very important for this whole time. One other person at another station was looking up something and not on a phone and refused to look my way. Then someone else walked in and he called him over to help him. I asked another person in uniform walking by if I could get some help and he said I would have to talk to someone at the desk. He didn't do that. while the first one was on the phone, he finally got off as someone else walked in and offered to help them. I had to wait until the man on the end finished with his 'new' customer and I asked him when would I be able to be helped. I had my new truck and the day before I was to leave found a screw in the back tire He asked if I had an appointment which I had called earlier and the lady saw my plight and told me to come in immediately. They took the car and after waiting almost an hour I went to look outside and my car was in line to be picked up. No one told me it was ready. I went to the guy at the far end on the right when I walked in and he said he would look it up. He said he needed to get the paperwork ready first. SO I sat back down and about 7 to 10 minutes later they said it was ready and parked out front. Whoever is in charge should tell the service department to acknowledge people hen they walk in and let them know someone will be with them as soon as possible. After I asked he told me how they had to fix it. It was covered under my truck warranty. Thank you to the woman I talked to and found a way to get my truck in before we left town, A+. Service crew, D- Steve my salesman, I'm sure if I would have called him about this he would have been on top of it and had it handled, but he was with another customer selling another vehicle. I want to say how great the work on my car was. It died just outside CHA and I had to tow into Mtn View and leave the car - right at the beginning of the UAW strike & I needed the PCM which needed It died just outside CHA and I had to tow into Mtn View and leave the car - right at the beginning of the UAW strike & I needed the PCM which needed order. So I am not speaking to time to finish or delay in receiving car because the UAW strike effected parts availability. I have had Mustang Convertibles since HS - 1971, Boss 302.(sigh) And I have always modified them. Well I'm old, cars are new, and my ignition mods on my 2014 base convert cooked and failed. Unlike when I was young, mods now are strictly to enhance mileage. At their peak before failing I could get almost 30mpg on the highway with this 3,7l V6. After repairs at Mountain View ford, CHA which included new PCM, Coilpacks, plugs and intake manifold gasket I went on a 2274mi road trip from Middle TN-NC-East Shore MD-Upstate NY- then back to Middle TN via 81S.. Over the whole length of trip I averaged 31.8mpg. some legs of the trip, Knoxville to Raleigh = 32.6mpg. Upstate NY to 78E = 33.2mpg. Simply unbelievable!! The Knox-Raleigh showed 214mi left in the tank at my stopover in Raleigh. I took that tank all the way across the Chesapeake bay bridge/tunnel before adding gas. I wish they were closer to me to get all of my service done here. More
I scheduled the service for my Lincoln Continental for today. The car was in the shop at 8:30am. Since I heard nothing back I called just before 5:00pm no one answer the phone so I left a message. I deci today. The car was in the shop at 8:30am. Since I heard nothing back I called just before 5:00pm no one answer the phone so I left a message. I decided to go to the shop. Nothing was done. The response from service advisor was "sorry, we were overloaded in the shop." What once was excellent customer service, provided by your company for my years coming there, it was nowhere close today. Not even calling me during the day to let me know you could not service my car, and not even calling back to my message!!!!! Sorry no stars. I have to look out for an other dealer ship More

Oil change, rotate tires, it inspect 4x4, top off fluids etc. They only changed the oil. Could not find my wheel lock to rotate tires (it was in the glove box exactly where we told them it was. The last dealer in Brunswick had no issue. They also did not complete the 100k mi maintenance and did not reset a light for the MAF/boost hose which had be requested as it was just replaced. I showed the Service Technician the lick and they offered to do nothing. They also did not top off all fluids (this includes DEF with our Premium maintenance plan). I have to assume that all of the other items that should have been done but we're not listed on their service ticket we're not completed. Most of their good ratings on here and other sites (which is why we chose them) are for their sales team. We only have experience with their service department which was terrible. More
Bought my car at mtn view ford good experience back in the day 2015. Steering issue warning and service needed= horrible experience! Car not even looked at for 5 days! Steering needed replacement- $3, the day 2015. Steering issue warning and service needed= horrible experience! Car not even looked at for 5 days! Steering needed replacement- $3,000 repair. Finally got car looked at and repaired after 8 days at Mtn View. Poor communication from Joe my service person. Car filthy upon return with glove box items spewed on floor of car. Not sure why things were a mess inside and it does seem an exterior car wash could be had before pick up. Pick up system at service area is interesting and a basket of keys of all being worked on is the best system?? Very disappointing all around More
