I purchased a 2014 Mercedes E350 and Justin Lugo at Mountain View Ford Lincoln was very helpful without pushing for the sale. A true professional and his responses to my questions or concerns were immediate. The entire trade-in and purchase transatcion was very smooth and I was basically in and out. Even after the sale was complete and couple of days later, I mentioned a concern to Justin about a noise I was hearing in the rear at higher speeds. He informed this to the service manager and upon their investigation, they repaired the issue on their own without asking me to pay for the cost. I would highly recommend this dealership and Justin as your sales person. More

Purchased the NV Passenger NV3500 HD from Mtn. View Ford Lincoln and less than 90 days the engine went out. Will not call back or acknowledge the defects that the dealership obviously knew about. The salesman is no longer there, seems to have left right after the transactions. Very dissatisfied with the deal and deception. Still need a engine and need to have Mtn View Ford Lincoln take some ownership for the vehicle they sold.. More
