Before the sale was very good, great communication. After sale, not so much. I bought a used 2015 Mustang GT. They sold me the extended warranty. I now have issues with the car and can't get anyone to call be back. Other dealers told me they will not honor the warranty because the car has been modified. I bought it that way, I did not modify it. Other dealer told me to contact Mtn. View Ford to see if they will honor the warranty since they sold it to me. I have called several times, I have talked to my salesman, John "Deere" Green, with no luck as of yet. Hopefully after this posts someone will call me back. More

Very pleasant experience. I was able to schedule a test drive and when I arrived had very little wait time prior to meeting John our sales representative and driving the car.
