He was patient when the wife and I couldn't make up our minds between two vehicles, and he was very knowledgeable of the cars we were interested in. He even showed me a few features of which I was less than familiar. There was a slight hiccup involving a check engine light... but it was handled within a reasonable time frame. I thought since we had already signed the 'As Is' paperwork we would be met with resistance... but the service side of things took care of everything. More
