We were lost looking for vehicles jus driving around not knowing where to go or start and Jim Viola came out to greet us as we drove by. Obviously he knew we were lost in the parking lot. He was very patient in comparing vehicles, test drives, and uncertainties. I was the one that was a train wreak, but as things unfolded and it came to the purchase, once I saw what we were investing in.......WOW! He has awesome patience! I so glad and feel very confident in out purchase especially in these high interest rate times. The staff was very friendly as well and clean lobby. Looking forward in continuing with vehicle maintenance with this dealership. More
