Stopped in for oil change (by appointment), and also for a piece of trim that was missing off my 3 month old truck. Jose got me checked in quickly. They got.my oil changed in about 35 minutes, and ordered t a piece of trim that was missing off my 3 month old truck. Jose got me checked in quickly. They got.my oil changed in about 35 minutes, and ordered the trim piece I needed, which they covered with the warranty. I live an hour away, so Jose got the Parts Dept to ship the 9art to my house so I didn't have to come back a week later. Thank you Jose! More

I paid a substantial amount of money to have an issue corrected. The issue was not corrected. I was without my vehicle for 1.5 days. Now have to have taken back to dealer to have them fix issue.
