Where do I even start? Let’s start with the 5/5 stars. March 2023 I placed an order with Mtn. View Ford for a Ford Bronco Big Bend. I asked if they allow the A/Z plan pr Let’s start with the 5/5 stars. March 2023 I placed an order with Mtn. View Ford for a Ford Bronco Big Bend. I asked if they allow the A/Z plan pricing and they said okay! It was all done via email and that worked flawless. September 29th I got a phone call that the Bronco arrived at the lot and I can pick it up! Now to the 2/5 stars. They lowballed me on my trade in. No problem. And they prepared all the paper work for the sticker price, rather than the A/Z plan pricing. But they adjusted the price after I reminded them of the discount. Now to the 0/5 stars. The Bronco arrived damaged. 4 small dents at the driver door. I told the sales person Rex they need to be fixed. He told me I can either find a place where they fix it and they will reimburse me or they have someone coming every Monday to have it fixed. Well it was Saturday and I live 2 hours away. I told him I will come back during Thanksgiving week. He told me multiple times it is okay. That will work. So we are working on the you owe us, we owe you paper work. I was able to throw in some weather floor mats and the door damage repair. They promised me to send the floor mats to my home. 1. Package arrived. Wrong floor mats. 2. Package arrived. Wrong floor mats again. (I told them specifically which ones, with the item article number…) 3. Package arrived. The right ones. Finally. Well one thing was left. The door dings. I emailed Rex and reminded him about the Monday during thanksgiving. He told me that’s okay. A week before I sent another email and asked if I should be there a specific time. Crickets. He didn’t reply. Then that Monday. I sent an email again and he didn’t reply. I was being ghosted by Rex and Mtn. View Ford. Really sad experience. I wish they would have replied to emails. I wish they would have fixed the door dings. I have emails and pictures to proof this review. In case they will say this isn’t true and didn’t happen. More
