Sales men were friendly during intial sale process, however felt it was un-professional to be emailing and txting when out on test drive and when taking credit application information. Vehicle was cleaned on the outside, but the inside was left dirty, had to take it and pay myself for the inside to get cleaned because I could not get the sales men back on the phone to see about bringing it back in to get cleaned. Rodney Grimes is a great salesman. I used him two years ago when I bought my 2006 Ford Fusion SEL. I remembered him and contacted him to help me buy a 2009 Ford Mustand GT and my husband's 2008 Ford F-150 ago when I bought my 2006 Ford Fusion SEL. I remembered him and contacted him to help me buy a 2009 Ford Mustand GT and my husband's 2008 Ford F-150 FX2 sport truck. Rodney is great at returning phone calls and making sure the customer gets what they want. I love Mountain View Ford because they are willing to stay late if they want someone to purchase a vehicle. I have been to other Ford dealers and they were closing the doors and leaving before closing time and would not stay to discuss a deal etc. More
