the whole experience was a pleasant and quick one... the only thing wrong that i can think of is the window sticker that i now have, that lists at least one featured option suppose to be on the truck, that only thing wrong that i can think of is the window sticker that i now have, that lists at least one featured option suppose to be on the truck, that is not on there. the paper listed the truck has ABS, when in fact it does not, per your shop techs. other then that, it was a pleasant experience dealing with Mt. View Ford, and if ever needed another vehicle, we will be back... hopefully Rodney will still be there.... More

I found the truck we were interested in seeing on the internet. I recieved an email from the dealership with information giving the contact person. I contacted the dealership and set up an appointment. Even though we could not meet with them until 6:15 pm, they agreed to see us that day. My internet experience was very good. Their website is user friendly. The staff at Mountain View Ford was very friendly and helpful. The truck with the color we asked to see was waiting for us when we arrived. We were not pressured to buy the truck. Every option was listed for us to review. Rodney was very knowledgable. Jason Rose let us select the add ons we nedded and did not force us to buy anything we didn't need. Jason stayed after hours to finish our deal. Rodney also stayed and offered his services if we ever needed them. I would recommend Mountain View Ford to anyone. More
