I walked in there about 15 minutes to closing time to look at getting a deal on an F-150. Joey (can't remember his last name and lost his card) stayed almost an hour and half later than he had to workin look at getting a deal on an F-150. When it was all said and done we had the numbers close enough to make the deal. Came back the next day to finalize it, and worked with Shaun to complete the deal. I've bought from several different dealers in my life, and I have to say this was the best group of people I've worked with. No pressure to buy, and completely understood that if the numbers didn't work, no hard feelings. I am now a proud owner of a brand new F-150 with a great interest rate and term that met my budget. We are so happy we traveled from Illinois to Tennessee to purchase our new ford f150. We spoke with David by phone and negotiated everything prior to flying down there. We are happy to say there were no surprises when we arrived. no additional fees.. etc ... we have told everyone to check out your dealership online and price a vehicle from you before buying one in Illinois.. We were so aggravated with the deception that went on here in Illinois by salesmen that we just assumed that would be the way we would be treated when we got to Tennessee... So, we can honestly say David was wonderful to us and honest from start to finish... one would believe it should always be that way, but in our experience it had not been.
