Mr. Yancey listened to me when I explained what I wanted a truck for and helped me a great deal in reaching the decision that the Ford F-150 XLT 4X4 was the truck for me. He was highly knowledgeable about their inventory and made this one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Working with him was quite pinnacle in making this a fantastic experience. I had looked around at other dealerships as well but many of the sales people I tried talking to at other dealerships made me feel like they wanted to rush me through my decision and take my money.
