Contacted David on Wednesday October 6th and told him I needed a car in a specific price range when I arrived at the dealership he had started pricing several cars he thought were in the range I had sugges needed a car in a specific price range when I arrived at the dealership he had started pricing several cars he thought were in the range I had suggested. I had my granddaughters with me and he was very patient in knowing I had to devote part of my time to them. He showed me all the different cars and was very knowledgeable about the different features available. He also arranged for me to carry the car home so my husband (who gets off after your hours every night) could decide if this was the car he wanted. Was very good at getting all information together and not wasting my time. I had a bad experience with a rental car and he called the rental agency and arranged a replacement car and even came and stayed with me until it arrived. Went over and above whatever I might have expected in customer service. Helped out twice with SYNC system and never appeared like he minded helping out. You have a very good employee who actually listened to what I wanted and not what he wanted to sell!!! More

I walked in there about 15 minutes to closing time to look at getting a deal on an F-150. Joey (can't remember his last name and lost his card) stayed almost an hour and half later than he had to workin look at getting a deal on an F-150. When it was all said and done we had the numbers close enough to make the deal. Came back the next day to finalize it, and worked with Shaun to complete the deal. I've bought from several different dealers in my life, and I have to say this was the best group of people I've worked with. No pressure to buy, and completely understood that if the numbers didn't work, no hard feelings. I am now a proud owner of a brand new F-150 with a great interest rate and term that met my budget.
