My salesperson Joey Killingsworth beat another dealership 'best price' by thousands of dollars. Fast friendly service from all the folks I dealt with. Gave us the best deal on a new Ford F150 Supercrew that we could find anywhere else in Chattanooga. I had been looking at a Ford Focus with the flex fuel engine. I feel in love with the way it drove and rode. Needed work done on my Ford. Took it to Mtn. View to repair. Had to return 3 times,each time I was told something else was wrong.After third visit ,I went to another Ford dealer. There I was told that the problem was the very same problem that Mtn.View had failed to solved on my first visit at a cost of over SEVEN hundred dollars,The other dealer not only fixed my problem,but did it for less. Gentlemen, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Gentlemen, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mountain view Ford and everyone that assisted us this past week when our truck broke down Gentlemen, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mountain view Ford and everyone that assisted us this past week when our truck broke down pulling our fifth wheel on our way home to central Florida. For those that aren’t aware of the story My wife (Heather) and I were on our way home from Missouri when our truck broke down outside of South Pittsburg Tenn. We had to have our truck towed from the first dealership to Mountain View to try and speed up the repair process. Upon arrival at your dealership I met with Amy in service. She was very polite and understanding of my situation. I wasn’t sure what the diagnosis was going to be on the truck, but wanted to explore my option in the event that it was going to be a lengthy repair. Heather and I drove over to the truck center where we were met by Delvin Vannice. Once again he was also very friendly and helpful, but not pushy. I explained that I was looking for a superduty and had specific requirements. Delvin showed me the trucks that were on the lot, but they did not meet my needs. Delving offered to do a search and try to locate a truck that I would be happy with. We went inside where Delvin located several truck that would meet my needs and requirements. I was still unsure about what direction this was going to go so we decided we would leave and think about it. On the way out we were introduced to Shaun Kesler, who again was very friendly and offered his assistance as well. He also assisted with trying to locate a truck for us and recommended several RV camps that we could take our camper to (it was sitting in a Wal-Mart parking lot). I explained the situation with our truck and the possibility that we would need to trade it in and purchase a new superduty to get us and our fifth wheel home. Shaun immediately contacted the service department to start get and appraisal completed on our trade to see where we would be. After being told that the truck would need a new motor we had to decide if we would have it fixed, which would mean leaving our camper and coming back (from Florida) when the truck was repaired or buying a new one. After discussing our options we decided we didn’t want to leave our camper and have the hassle of coming back. Shaun got us a very fair initial offer on our trade and we started narrowing down the trucks that were located close enough for us to get by the next day. We left and came back later on that evening not realizing because of the time zones that the dealership was closing. Delvin was still there and immediately began helping us again to get the deal done. Chad Akins also stuck around in case we reached a deal and needed to get the financing done (there was also another gentlemen behind the center counter that had a beard that was also very helpful) . We were very stressed out about everything going on and didn’t want to make an immediate decision without thinking about it. We left and felt bad thinking we held everyone up for nothing even though we were pretty sure we would be back to buy. The next Morning we came in first thing and again met with Delvin and Shaun. After we had narrowed our choices down to one truck (Shaun was very patient with me looking at different trucks and options) we negotiated a fair price. Someone was called to go pick up the truck and get things going. We met with Chad who again was very friendly and made the whole paperwork and signing process as painless as possible lol. We went to lunch and back to the camper so we could breakdown our camper. It was agreed that I could remove the power steps off my truck as part of the deal so we came back to the service department where again we received friendly and helpful assistance so I could get the steps removed from my truck. The batteries were disconnected so the steps wouldn’t come down, but one of the techs got power back to the truck which allowed me to remove them. While I was removing the steps Heather went in and talked to Amy about the tow bills and rental car charges we had incurred. I thought that the Ford roadside assistance was only for 3 years, but Shaun informed us it was 5. He also told us we should check to see if Ford would reimburse us. Amy was very helpful with this and took care of the rental car charges without hesitation and provided Heather with some direction and her contact information. My new truck arrived and after going through detail was delivered to me. The assistance didn’t stop there. Delvin had one of the guys from detail come over and help me with moving my fifth wheel and toolbox from the old truck into the new. At this point Delvin handed me the key, thanked us and we were on our way. As you can see this was full service treatment from start to finish. As stressed as we were this had to the most pleasant truck buying experience I have ever had and I have bought a lot of trucks. Six superduties since 2002 to be exact. You can be guaranteed that I will drive the 10 plus hours to buy my next Ford vehicle from you. Thank you so much for your help and patience. Steve L. Florida More
