We were interested in leasing two new Ford vehicles. I had purchased a used 1999 Mercury mountaineer from my brother in law 2 years ago. To say this vehicle was a clunker would be giving it a compliment. Kenny found my fiance a ford escape and myself a ford fiesta. Once we had narrowed down the exact vehicles we wanted and stratigtened out our down payments Kenny took care of all the work on his end so when we came in all we had to do was sign the papers and go! That is customer service I appreciate. When we came in on that friday i got an orientation to my new vehicle along with synching the phone so i didn't have to worry about that later. We signed papers and we were off!! It was a great experience and one that I would recommend to any family or friends looking Thank you Kenny and Mountain View Ford! We love our new vehicles.
