Poor After the Sale Service The dealer met me at the Chattanooga airport with a vehicle as we agreed on a Sunday Morning. The vehicle had a broken windshield and an engine barely running. I had a one way flight, had to be back in Florida that night, and had no choice but to buy the truck. The salesman gave me a WE OWE from the dealership agreeing to pay for the services. I have yet to receive the "check in the Mail", yet I have been told this for a week and half. When I received the title and BOS in the mail, it was made to me personally rather than my company. Florida says this can be easily handled by a corrected BOS and an affidavit stating the title was in error. Simple, right? They refused to take the time to do so even though I told them I would pay for the postage, etc. They just flat refused to work with me and now I am going to have to pay sales tax twice to correct the situation. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
