Felt comfortable about buying a car for the first time This is the first time I have felt comfortable about buying a car in 30 plus years. I have always felt I was trying to be intimidated by salesmen, fin This is the first time I have felt comfortable about buying a car in 30 plus years. I have always felt I was trying to be intimidated by salesmen, finance managers and general managers in the past. But this time I felt totally comfortable about the purchase. Zachary Carter and Jason Rose made me feel very comfortable about my purchase. They did not try to sale me anything above and beyond what I was looking for. I came in with a budget and left within that budget. I purchased exactly what I wanted at the price I had in mind. The sale was extremely efficient and well done. Exactly what I was looking for! After looking for months for a midsize suv, I found one to my liking. It was exactly what I was looking for and I had wanted an Edge for a few years, After looking for months for a midsize suv, I found one to my liking. It was exactly what I was looking for and I had wanted an Edge for a few years, but could not justify it. I called the internet sales line and spoke with Michelle and she turned me over to Zachary. He was more than helpful and open to my schedule for a test drive as well as the over all viewing of the vehicle. I made arrangements to go up on a Friday evening and made it 7 minutes before closing time. Even though it was a Friday evening at closing he stayed and assisted me in my wants, yes he asked me what I wanted. I was torn between new/used and a few other things as I was heart set on the Edge, I also wanted new with a warranty. He helped me with everything, very open, friendly and was honestly a great friend during the process. It was exactly how making a large purchase should be, I thank him for listening and understanding my needs and seeing the importance this purchase was to me. I'll definitely be back to see Zachary Carter and the Mtn. View Ford team. More

2014 FX4 Ecoboost F150 I am retiring at the end of the month and had been searching for a "gift" for myself. My wife found this truck in Tn. The local Ford dealer where I'm at would have nothing to do with us it seemed like. My wife told them we had money to spend and they were just not interested. We found this truck and within 4 days had worked a deal out , OVER THE PHONE, with Logan. The buying experience was unbelievable. The 4 hour drive was more then worth it. When the wife gets her new vehicle, WE WILL travel back to this dealership. Excellent Service and employee's. More
