Very pleasant experience. I was able to schedule a test drive and when I arrived had very little wait time prior to meeting John our sales representative and driving the car. Before the sale was very good, great communication. After sale, not so much. I bought a used 2015 Mustang GT. They sold me the extended warranty. I now have issues with the car and can't get anyone to After sale, not so much. I bought a used 2015 Mustang GT. They sold me the extended warranty. I now have issues with the car and can't get anyone to call be back. Other dealers told me they will not honor the warranty because the car has been modified. I bought it that way, I did not modify it. Other dealer told me to contact Mtn. View Ford to see if they will honor the warranty since they sold it to me. I have called several times, I have talked to my salesman, John "Deere" Green, with no luck as of yet. Hopefully after this posts someone will call me back. More

This was probably the best experience I have ever had at a dealership before. Our sales representative Xander was super nice, answered any and all questions we had and was not pushy about us buying a vehicl a dealership before. The Sales Manager Joe was knowledgeable and actually got us to test drive a vehicle we weren’t originally considering and well.. that’s the vehicle we left with. From start to finish Xander ensured we had everything we need and Joe made sure to check on us one last time before heading out for the day. All in all, we will definitely be back when my fiancé is ready to buy a vehicle. More
