I recently visited Mountain View Ford just to look around, not really knowing what I was looking for or if I was ready to buy. Gavin approached me, and I’m so glad he did. From the start, he made the experience feel completely genuine. I never once felt like I was talking to a salesperson just trying to make a sale. He took the time to help me figure out what I really needed, and I could tell he genuinely wanted to assist, not just push for a sale. He even mentioned that he was new, but reassured me that if he didn’t have an answer to some of my questions, he would find out. That level of honesty and transparency made me feel really comfortable. The best part? I never felt rushed or pressured, and I didn’t feel like I HAD to buy something new, which is rare these days. This visit was honestly a much better experience than the last time I was here, and I’ll definitely be back.
