Excited to pick up my new truck, but delivery had issues—missing accessories, unresolved service items, and multiple return visits. Communication was inconsistent, and the loaner vehicle wasn’t ideal issues—missing accessories, unresolved service items, and multiple return visits. Communication was inconsistent, and the loaner vehicle wasn’t ideal. The team eventually resolved everything and offered a goodwill gesture, which I appreciated. I’m sharing this to encourage better coordination and follow-through. With a few improvements, Mountain View Ford can deliver a smoother experience. More
